These terms apply to the AI by AI website, Workflow Offload Consultations, and any client onboarding path offered through this site.

Service

AI by AI is an Allison Innovations, LLC service for assessing, designing, and supporting supervised AI workflows for business customers. Services may include workflow analysis, process design, automation planning, implementation support, and ongoing operational assistance. AI by AI does not provide legal, tax, investment, medical, or regulated professional advice.

Payment

The entry offer is a $500 two-hour Workflow Offload Consultation paid through Stripe Checkout when online purchase is available. Scheduling is available only after Stripe confirms purchase completion.

Refunds

Refund requests made within 30 days of purchase are honored. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Scheduling

Purchased consultation time is scheduled after payment verification. Availability must be confirmed through the Allison Innovations scheduling system before an appointment is final.

Free Information

Any free public interaction is limited to general information about the service, policies, and preparation steps. Human advisory work starts only through a paid consultation or written client agreement.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the site or services to submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or sensitive regulated data unless AI by AI has explicitly agreed in writing. Client engagements must define the intended workflow, permitted data, approval requirements, and boundaries for automated assistance.
